Resulting from an auto crash in 2024, Medicare filed a substantial lien against me in January 2026 for a conditional payment made by Medicare for my personal injuries for which the insurance for the driver at fault did not reimburse them. Herz Law resolved the matter for me in a timely and expeditious manner. I will forever be grateful to them for their kindness.
