I truly appreciate this law firm stepping up and taking my case. However, I didn’t care for every time I called in for updates I seemed to get a new person handling my case. Maybe this is apart of how yall do things in a team kinda way. But I feel like with me as your client maybe some intros “hi I’m such and such, I’m on the team handling your case” could have gone a long way. Updates on the case were FAR and very few. Had I not picked up the phone to make calls for updates I’d be sitting around twiddling my thumbs lost in the sauce. When I did call in for updates I don’t recall one person that didn’t give off the vibes that I’m bothering them for asking about updates on my case. When it was time to gather information…it would take FOREVER, to the point that I started calling my doctors myself to collect bills, statements of visits etc. then relay them back to my attorney currently on my case. Only to get the final sheet to say where funds would be divided out to and they charged me for documents I collected and provided to them MYSELF, well before they got the items. That part was crazy, yall charged me for getting documents to yall to expedite the process?! If anything that should have been added to my final check. Several times my attorney would say I’m sending you a docu sign to sign. Weeks go by and no docu sign ever arrived. Call my attorney, “did I miss the Docusign or something?” Attorneys response, “no I forgot to send it. “ A whole lot of balls being dropped by my team. But thanks for taking my case.

The Welcoming team was warm cheerful i really loved Ms.Wendy energy . Thanks to Ms. Olivia as well Ms. Lupa for their kind energy. I did not like having Josh as an attorney he made me feel like I shouldn't ask questions or he was tired of me reaching out for updates. I had already explained this was my very first accident .
