No face to face meeting, no convo past the intake personnel. They claim to not be scared of any company, yet when I said I have hard evidence against Amazon they couldn’t take the case and actually referred me to 3 other firms.

My experience was exceptional from start to finish. I was uncomfortable when I first contacted the office because of my own insecurities, not because of them. The reassured me that they understood my concerns and explained how they were valid, but did not pressure me. Chase maintained excellent communication throughout and if he didn't have an answer, he found one. He made me comfortable to stand my position firm and not feel guilty for speaking up. I feel the resulotion was fair for both sides and I would recommend Chase and this office 100%.
