If you need a lawyer, my advice from personal experience is forget the large impersonal firms. Instead go with a local firm who has the time and experience to listen to you and explain what you need to know to make an informed decision. Not send you to an assistant who will tell you no we won’t take your case. No explanation just thanks for calling. The Hodges Trial Lawyers are who you need to call. They explained the pros and cons of my case and why it would be a waste of time to pursue it. Very pleasant and helpful. I’ve tried both and will call The Hodges Trial Lawyers if I need help.

To put it simply, Mr. Dwyer is the best attorney we've ever encountered. He doesn't sugar coat, or lie to his clients, but he absolutely goes to war for them. When we reached out to Mr. Dwyer, we have been in absolute hell. That hell basically came to an end yesterday, it's not completely over but he went in there and got the absolute best case scenario and we finally weren't being drug around through court anymore.
