I highly recommend Hoffman, Wachtell & Rao, LLP! My mom had a workers comp case, and she was working with a previous office. She felt there was no progress with that office and then she came across Hoffman, Wachtell & Rao, LLP. The case felt so long for her, but through their guidance every step of the way, my mom felt more comfortable. There was also a language barrier, but their office has Loredana who speaks Spanish and made the process so much easier.
