I was in a severe motorcycle accident and six months later I was told they couldn't sue the other driver that was at fault if they wanted to. That isn't a very professional statement for a lawyer to say. It translates " I couldn't be a lawyer if I wanted to". We both had insurance coverage. If you don't want to do business that is ok, no need to waste time or be unprofessional.
Owner response
William, we are sorry that we were able to give you better news, but because neither you nor the other party had any insurance coverage, there was simply nothing that we could do to help you.
I've had a great experience with Mr. Hogan and his team. He initially helped my grandparents with their will and since has helped me with their estate and my dad's estate. He has been professional, kind, and supportive, as well as providing thorough and detailed help. He always had time to answer my questions and talk me through every step of the process. He's a great listener and is just the right amount of argumentative and defiantness when needed. He also meticulously prepared the estate documents and everything we needed. I highly recommend Mr. Hogan and his team. He gave me peace of mind and made a stressful process so much easier.
Owner response
Thank you, Savannah! You and your family are pleasures to work with!
I had a rather simple case with potentially serious implications. Mr. Hogan's office took my information and called me back within the day to schedule an appointment and give the associated fee to take the case.
The case is essentially completed, through a settlement, and Mr. Hogan met my expectations.
There was a little snafu in communications early on that had me downtown unnecessarily, but was resolved with no real implications other than a rather minor (to me) inconvenience. Through that incident I gained another contact at the firm who maintained great communication throughout the remainder of the process. Thank you Jessica for answering my questions and satisfying my need to stay informed.
I would recommend the Hogan Law Firm for prospective clients where they find a mutually good fit. To me the process of choosing the right firm is much like going to my shop and choosing the right tool for the job.
Thanks to Rob and his staff for being very helpful to me and getting the results I needed.
Mr. Hogan was more than just a lawyer. He handled our situation with upmost care, compassion & attentiveness. He really cared about us as clients and even followed up with us after it was all resolved for updates on our well being. On top of that he was extremely knowledgeable. I would trust him with any of my legal needs. He’s top tier!
I cannot brag on this man and his staff enough. I have used him for SEVERAL different things; forming my LLC, serving a cease and desist letter, and getting us exactly what we needed with family matters. He is fast, polite, thorough, and professional. His staff also went over and beyond to handle things quickly and professionally. Not once did my family or myself feel like we were treated as a number or like they didn't care. I would recommend Mr. Hogan to any friend or loved one for any matter. Thank you Hogan law firm for everything!
Owner response
Thank you, so much Erica. It was a pleasure working with you and your family! I am glad that we were able to help you. :-)
June 4, 2020, I visited Mr. Hogan's office seeking his help in compelling the City of Plainview administrative & PD leadership to observe my liberty rights under the US Constitution &, more important, to put an end to what has literally been since at least Fall '13 an around-the-clock stalking of me. [i.e. Without any judicial authorization (Ret) Plainview PD Chiefs Ken Coughlin & Bill Mull & current Hale County Sheriff David Cochran have forced all of my devices onto a city-operated, county-owned cell-site simulator through which all of my communications & web traffic must pass before reaching my cell service provider's legitimate cellular towers & network making it possible - though certainly illegal - for Chief Coughlin, Plainview City Manager Jeff Snyder, Hale County Sheriff David Cochran, DA Wally Hatch, & others to read, edit, author, & delete my emails, social media posts, & complaints to & from the media, ACLU, police watchdog groups, & even to federal authorities at the Justice Department's Civil Rights Division, FBI, DOJOIG, Office of the US Attorney, USPSOIG & others.]
Shockingly, rather than help me defend the rights of all Americans to be free from such senseless discriminatory harassment & victimization, Rob Hogan chose to become bedfellows with the City of Plainview while I was in his office! Allow me to explain: While I waited to speak to Mr. Hogan I relayed examples of the discriminatory harassment & civil rights violations I suffer on an around-the-clock basis to a distracted young associate. Annoyed, I asked how much it would cost me for Mr. Hogan to file a simple 1983 lawsuit for the city's blatant, well-documented, & easily provable 84 month-long deprivation of my freedom of speech - specifically, Plainview City Manager Jeff Snyder's decision to recruit Plainview/Hale County CVB/Main St Director Melinda Brown to draft the city's draconian Social Media Policy as a pretext to block me from the City of Plainview official Twitter account, @PlainviewTX, from the latter part of 2018 to the present as retribution for my efforts to draw attention to Snyder's decision to ignore obvious 1st, 4th, & 14th Amendment violations, federal Color of Law violations, & specific instances of professional misconduct by officers including then-Chief Coughlin. I repeated my request for an estimate of the amount necessary to get Mr. Hogan working on the case. Hogan's young associate replied "Something like this would cost you a lot of money. We're talking thousands and thousands of dollars. Money you probably don't have to spend." (I had $12K.)
Even worse, while I was waiting to speak with Mr. Hogan & being insulted by the young associate, Mr. Hogan found time to take a phone call from City Mngr Jeff Snyder ending with his shameful decision to work for corruption and conspiracy rather than stand with me, the American People, Freedom, & the ideal of Justice for All. I can only thank God, that I was allowed to see first hand how little honor Mr. Hogan & his associates have. At least now, I know I'll never make the mistake of retaining the Hogan Firm which would be the equivalent of greasing the wheels of corruption.
UPDATE: 3 YEARS have passed since I wrote this very detailed review. I am astonished that the Hogan Law Firm has made no effort to contact me neither to apologize to me nor to explain their shameful conduct.
I urge all Americans to remember what ought be every Americans most sacred pledge - the Pledge of Allegiance. The last few words are the most sacred. They serve to make clear to what exactly it is that we are pledging:
One Nation, under God, with LIBERTY & JUSTICE FOR ALL.
How shameful that Rob Hogan, Plainview City Manager Jeffrey Snyder & Hale County Judge David Mull have all failed - & continue to fail - to honor their Pledge.
Been dealing with my case for over 5 years don't hear anything nothing has been done just the same thing every time I call I get told that they will give me a call and never return my calls hogan is great but been waiting for 5 years time for something to be done
Took my brothers case and hes gotten nothing but the run-around. 5 years and he hadn't done anything. One excuse after another. The man should be banned from practicing law.
Owner response
I am sorry that you feel like your brother has not received the best service. Please have your brother contact me so that we can make it right.
Rob Hogan is Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I just got my case dropped due to his understanding of the laws and previous court cases that helped my case. If you want the best to represent you I would deffinatly choose him.
