I hired this lawyer expecting advocacy and effort, but what I got was someone more interested in collecting a paycheck than doing the actual work. Communication was poor, deadlines were missed, and it always felt like I had to push for even the bare minimum. It became clear he was looking out for his own interests—not mine. I would not recommend him if you're looking for someone who will truly be in your corner.

My professional ethics prevent me from discussing this matter in detail. However, I can state without reservation that no deadlines were missed in the handling of this matter. Every client is given the opportunity to either accept or reject any proposal for resolving their case. This client is no exception to that rule.

They told me they had another client in the same area checking in to it then backed out of the whole lawsuit got left jobless guess they couldn't see anything that was going on there and neither could law enforcement in our area

Kept making suggestions just when denying my case despite being told multiple times that's not how it works additionally not telling me why he doesn't feel comfortable taking my case or giving a valid reason I felt discriminated against and the amount of hypocrisy from this interaction is insane

Mr. Hommel is that rare attorney that is sensitive to your emotions while gently explaining all of your options with reason and logic. He gave me the freedom to express all of my feelings with no judgement. He was angry on my behalf but never let me lose sight of the end goal. He is funny and smart and I genuinely had the best experience with him and his entire staff while going through one of the worst times of my life. If you choose him as your attorney you can sleep good at night knowing that he will do his utmost to protect you and your rights.

Was pretty disappointed with what I had to settle for, but I realize that when you are dealing with a big corporation they aren't interested in doing what's right and I can't blame ya'll for that ! I was really irked that I had to pay for the mediation that THEY requested but I'm sure Mr. Hommel did his best in dealing with the corporate rep ! One other thing, give Natasha a raise !!! She is a sweetheart !
