I contacted Hornsby Law Group regarding a Georgia Open Records Act matter involving a complicated factual and procedural record. Although the firm ultimately declined to take the case on the fee structure I was seeking, Brandon Hornsby took the time to actually read what I sent, respond thoughtfully, and explain the firm’s position in a clear and professional way.
What stood out most was that he did not ignore the substance of the issue or send a generic brush-off. He gave a candid explanation of how his firm handles these cases, why contingency arrangements are uncommon in this area, and what other avenues might still be available. Even though the answer was not the one I wanted, I respected the honesty and the fact that he treated the matter seriously.

Naomi should work on being or at least pretending to be compassionate and eager to help. I’m not sure if this is a reflection of the integrity of the office or if she is just bored and having a long day, but your front of line workers should leave the best impression and not the worst. Customer service should provide customer service and not take down a phone number and name and repeatedly say someone will email or call you back after I received an email that does not make sense and she says that that I cannot choose whether they email or call me back . I was told yesterday that I would be receiving a call back and I received in which I now need clarification on and upon her asking for my number again today I was told that I will receive a call back And notified her that yesterday I received an email and that now I need to speak to someone to clarify the email so another email is not going to work and I was told that They will basically contact me back by email or call, however they choose. I could’ve put in a request online for A ChatGPT structured email or to request a call back. Any AI system would do a better job than this employee.

We attempted to call more than ten times, but no one answered and the voicemail box was always full, so we were unable to leave a message.<br><br>Our firm strives to treat every person who contacts us with professionalism and respect, even when we cannot take a case. Personal injury and wrongful death matters are often very difficult situations for the people who reach out to us, and we make every effort to respond clearly and thoughtfully. <br><br>Many times, people contact us have a type of case we do not or cannot handle. We know this can be disappointing and, as a result, we always try to promptly notify callers that they need to contact other law firms who may specialize in the type of cases they need help with. <br><br>If you did attempt to contact our office, we would genuinely welcome the opportunity to speak with you, understand what occurred, and see if there is any way we can help or provide clarification. I worked with the Hornsby Law Group after my accident, and I want to highlight the experience I had with my lawyer, Chloe Dallaire. I’m someone who values attention to detail and expects white glove service when I’m paying for help. This is why I didn’t want a big firm that treats you like a number. Chloe proved I made the right choice.
She responded to every message within a day, sometimes the same day, even when she was out of town. She talked me through things in plain language, calmed me down when I was overwhelmed, and even helped with my auto claim even though that wasn’t part of what I hired her for. Chloe and Diana also negotiated my medical bills down in a way that directly impacted the final outcome.
When I wanted to give up, Chloe kept going and fought for me. The result ended up being better than what I expected. I never felt ignored or pushed aside. I felt represented.
