Danielle Downey was kind and compassionate throughout the process. She made sure all of our questions were answered and did a great job of making sure my family always understood exactly what was taking place.

I’d never used an attorney before and wasn’t sure what to expect. Turns out I got lucky with Dan Debias. He helped me with a shoulder injury first, and when I later injured my knee, he was the first person I called. He got back to me the same day and took the case right away. Both times he delivered. He was quick to respond, kept me updated throughout the process, and didn’t leave me chasing him down for answers. There was always a steady flow of communication, which made a big difference, especially going into this with no prior experience. In the end, he got me fair settlements on both cases and handled everything professionally from start to finish. If you’re on the fence about hiring an attorney, I was too—but working with him made the whole process a lot easier.

I have had the firm representing me now.for 3 years, five different lawyers.And i'm still waiting.They were all very interested in begining but never made any progress . I fell at work during work. Breaking my wrist having to have one inch of bone removed from my forearm, fired three days after fall. I have not received a penny in workmen's comp.Or any other. I also lived where I worked with all utilities being paid and have been homeless ever since. Due to the firing and having to move out within three weeks of termination.

I hired this law firm years ago for a workers compensation case, and all I can say is that they're one of the worst lawfirms around for employment or work comp cases. Attorneys and paralegals are terrible. Especially attorney Anne Gillespie, who is the most incompetent attorney I've ever met. They will not answer emails or phone calls. They will not update you about your case. You will not get paid for being out of work with a work injury, no backpay, and no medical. Make no mistake, they act like they work for your employer, instead of you. Atrocious. Based on my experience, I can't recommend their law firm, services, or attorneys. Horrible. Worst place around. Absolutely useless. Don't hire them. How they have any good reviews is beyond me. Ridiculous. Never hire them! You will lose. All their TV commercials make me sick! Terrible attorneys. They will be sued for legal malpractice. They're under investigation by the state. The reason they dont have bad reviews is because they have them erased. Don't trust them. They're a shady lawfirm.

Dan Debais and his assistant Cathy were very professional always went above and beyond to make sure that my husband had everything he needed. This helped with my husband in having a smooth recovery.
