Fantastic lawyer. Final result was perfect, he is very personable and friendly, actually answers phone/email (promptly too!). He was fast, any time there was a holdup the holdup was always related to things no lawyer could have controlled. He definitely knew who I was, knew about my case, and answered any question I had. Could not have been better, really.
WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT HIRE!!
Told me he was going to do all these things to help me with my VOP charge during our consultation. Once I turned myself in he was no help at all and I ended up doing double the time he told me I would do. If it wasn’t for my mother constantly calling him to do his job who knows how long I would’ve had to stay in jail. Even my probation officer told me to call her first next time instead of hiring him.
Houston was amazing to work with! My husband is a truck driver from Mississippi who travels to Atlanta weekly delivering organic milk and was involved in a minor traffic incident outside of the city. Although the trooper was not present on the scene until after called to the accident, he still proceeded to issue my husband three citations, two being major moving violations that could have possibly carried a penalty of suspension of his CDL license. This would have cost my husband his job and a portion of our family’s income monthly, but Mr. Washburn vigorously fought for my husband and was able to negotiate a plea agreement to the lesser infraction and had the two major violations dismissed! Because we live out of state, Mr. Washburn made sure we didn’t have to appear personally for any portion of this settlement, which saved us so much money that we would have been forced to pay for hotel and travel expenses, not to mention the loss of wages from time off of work. I cannot state enough how grateful we are that we found such an amazing attorney who not only made the process so simple and efficient, he was also very thoughtful and responsive to any and every question or concern I contacted him about. If anyone works driving 18 wheelers in the greater Atlanta area and is in need of an attorney that will fight for their rights and help them keep from license issues or points being added to their dot file, I would definitely call Houston Washburn first, it will be the best choice you ever make!!!!
I had an excellent experience with Houston Washburn Law. Mr. Washburn was professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand my needs, provided clear guidance, and handled my case with great attention to detail.
From our very first conversation, Attorney Houston Washburn took the time to listen to my concerns, explain all my options, and make sure I fully understood the process. His communication was clear and timely, and always available when I had questions. Attorney Houston Washburn is not only highly knowledgeable but also compassionate and truly dedicated to achieving the best outcome. I highly recommend Attorney Houston Washburn to anyone in need of legal assistance. He exceeded my expectations and made a potentially stressful situation much easier to navigate and gave me a resolution for my situation, assured me and my case was dismissed.
I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding legal services I received from Mr. Washburn. From the moment I reached out for assistance, I was met with professionalism, empathy, and an unmatched level of expertise. He not only took the time to thoroughly understand my case but also provided clear, sound advice every step of the way. Thank you so much!
This has been the best lawyer, I've ever worked with. One of my family members had a probation offense. Houston was able to in less than 4 hours. Get the probation removed, and my family out of jail the same day they arrived. I recommend him for any criminal case.
My experience with Mr. Washburn was very professional and thorough. He and his office took care of every aspect of my needs and advised me of the most beneficial way to proceed in my case. Thank you Mr Washburn for everything.
