This firm proved to be just another run-of-the-mill, turn-and-burn, ambulance-chasing accident firm. I was initially impressed by Atty. Richard Howe, who came to our home the morning after my accident following my online inquiry. He emphasized that they are trial attorneys willing to go the extra mile to win cases. I was rear-ended by a repeat offender, diagnosed with a herniated L4-L5 disc, and my vehicle was a total loss. My health has never been the same since. Despite numerous PT, chiropractic, and orthopedic visits, my doctors said the only solution for my ongoing back pain—and to regain any chance of returning to my active lifestyle would be disc replacement surgery. Before the accident, I ran 3–5 miles daily and maintained a healthy lifestyle. The accident and its aftermath have had a lasting impact on my health, mobility, and mental well-being. Three years after filing the claim, the settlement amounted to peanuts compared to my medical bills, lost wages, and ongoing health costs. Communication throughout the case was poor, despite initial promises, leaving me frustrated and disappointed. If you are considering hiring this firm, do your homework. Interview multiple attorneys, read the negative reviews, and don’t ignore the common complaints about poor communication and responsiveness. Also note—they offer $500 and cover transportation for clients who provide positive testimonials, which raises further concerns about their priorities.

If I could give them a zero stars then I would. I have not seen this type of inconsiderate attorneys. They care about their commission and nothing else. When asked about medical billing negotiation then they don’t do nothing and still want you to sign. I have not seen this type of incompetence by their Maranda Varnes. They have two branches so I am not sure which branch was handling my sisters and my case. If an individual is willing to sign and get the funds released but they don’t even negotiate and fight for their clients so I would suggest that if you are looking for any injury law firm then you look elsewhere. You will find lot better attorneys and firm!
