Helpful in giving understanding of the firm's process as juxtaposed to alternate pathways. Nathalie was not hard to converse with or to understand.

I called Mr. Howe's office this morning seeking representation or guidance on how to go about taking a customer that refused to pay to court for non payment. When i called, a very sweet woman answered and took my information and said she would pass my information along and I would hear back soon. As soon as I hung up, my phone was ringing and it was Mr. Howe. Once I let him know my situation he quickly let me know that I would be just as successful filing the correct documentation needed to take the customer to court on my own instead of having to lose more money paying for an attorney to represent me. He offered to help me through the process and gave me step by step instructions on where to go, which forms to use, the cost, etc and never rushed me or tried to pressure me into paying for any type of service. He was so kind and helpful it was great to know that people like that still exist in this world! I would recommend him and his office to anyone seeking counsel! He helped me so much for nothing at all, I can't imagine the lengths he would go for someone who was paying him! He also informed me that he was calling me from his direct number and that I was free to give him a call back at any time if I had any questions at all throughout the process!! If I could give them a zero stars then I would. I have not seen this type of inconsiderate attorneys. They care about their commission and nothing else. When asked about medical billing negotiation then they don’t do nothing and still want you to sign. I have not seen this type of incompetence by their Maranda Varnes. They have two branches so I am not sure which branch was handling my sisters and my case. If an individual is willing to sign and get the funds released but they don’t even negotiate and fight for their clients so I would suggest that if you are looking for any injury law firm then you look elsewhere. You will find lot better attorneys and firm!
