I was rudely put on hold when I called, then after 5 minutes on hold, a different woman wants me to write down the name and number of a Tampa law firm that they “partner” with for issues regarding employment law. If I had wanted a Tampa law firm, then I would have looked up Tampa law firms. Why advertise an area of law practice when your firm doesn’t actually practice in that area of law? Stop wasting people’s time.

They have a serious billing reconciliation process. I pre-paid for a consultation and have repeatedly been getting invoices despite sending the "paid in full" receipt and calling several times. The attorney did not review my contract in advance as he said I needed to pre-pay at the time of my appointment. I had pre-paid, sent an e mail & called the office the day before the appointment but they still thought it was unpaid on 5/20/25. I felt the attorney skimmed my contract due to not reviewing it in advance (required pre-payment) and 15 minutes of my consultation was spent calling the office a second time to update my file that the consultation was paid for 5 days in advance. It is now 3 weeks later and I am getting the same invoice that needs to be paid. I felt my consultation was "so-so" and they get an "F" in bookkeeping. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
