This is tale of two law firms and a roofing company. As a result of damage from hurricane Ian I hired a roofing company to replace my roof. I also hired a law firm recommended by the roofer. After twelve months of negotiations with the roofer, the law firm and the insurance company we finally got a settlement. The law firm company took about $10,000 for their trouble without giving me any itemized bill and sent a check with mine and the roofer's name on it. After more months of being ignored by the roofer I contacted Sanchez Law. I immediately felt I had someone on my side. Mr. Sanchez listened to my story, told me what he would do and approximately what it would cost. Every step of the way, I was given a detailed bill of what he had done and the cost. He contacted the original law firm and worked out a settlement that was satisfactory to all concerned. I was advised and updated all along the way by Sanchez Law. I wholeheartedly recommend the Sanchez Law firm to resolve any contract issues.
