I’m sharing my experience with Humphrey Ballard Law so others can make an informed decision. In my case, I felt they pushed for the bare minimum instead of fighting for the true value of my injuries. My options were not clearly explained, I was simply told what the opposing party was offering and encouraged to accept it, with little discussion of negotiation or trial. If you express interest in going to trial, you may be referred out to another firm. I am confident I could have gotten more representing myself. I would strongly recommend asking detailed questions about their approach before hiring them.
