They are very slow when it comes to getting things done.They request the same forms over and over and make excuse after excuse.If you ever find you self in need of a pre settlement loan they won't sign off on the paperwork. They will suggest you go to a shelter rather than just sign off.Its been over a year so far and my family is no closer to reaching a settlement than they were when they were first hired. Recommending this firm to my family was the worst thing I've ever done in life.
