Correction: I got a response/email back from the firm after the original post below with attachments showing emails that were sent out to me. After checking all of my inboxes, deleted items, etc I am still not finding those original emails, but at the very least I got a prompt response when my review was left online.
Reached out to this practice multiple times, and left multiple messages with a living person, not an answering machine/service in regards obtaining legal council pertaining to elder law. No contact back over the course of a month or so. I can't really leave a review on the service, but I do think it is highly unprofessional to not get any kind of a response, even if it was to tell me they would not be able to help.

Hunter is excellent. My wife and I used hks services to complete our estate planning. Hunter is personable, knowledgeable, and reassuring.
I appreciated how he did not try to upsell us into a more complicated plan, but just made sure we understood the benefits and drawbacks of each.
Hunter leverages technology in his operations, so it is easy to schedule appointments, ask questions, and make payments.
If the time comes where my family needs to create a trust or update anything, I will visit with Hunter again.
