Poor communication and stressful process. I was stuck into a ridiculous payment amount and I continuously let Adam and Ashley know but nothing was ever done. Even now, I got another email from this firm and told them my issues and got nothing but a “brush off” response. There are better firms out there who will actually care about you and not just another case to get through the queue. Save yourself the headache and RUN!

I've NEVER had a good experience with attorneys... until now. Michael Lofgran and staff helped me rectify a fairly serious and complex tax issue. I appreciated the free consult up front where he listened to my issue and gave excellent advice - along with a few options which included working it out myself or engaging his services. There was no pressure and no fear mongering. Just a listening ear and solid counsel. He also allowed me to be a part of the solution, thus keeping the costs to a minimum. He and his staff were always responsive and communicative. Jana (his paralegal) is a rockstar! She did a lot of the heavy lifting and always had a quick answer. If you have a tax issue and are looking for a solid attorney, then I highly recommend Michael Lofgran and staff.

If it were possible to give less than one star I would. I engaged this firm and paid a retainer. Several months of not much activity later I get a call form the attorney representing me telling me he is leaving the firm because he was unhappy. They never did anything but hounded my wife and I, adding to the small bill untilo it was over $2000. This harrassment has gone on for years. I have filed a complaint with the Utah Office of Professional Responsibility but it takes almost a year to process! In the meantime harrassment continues - emails, texts and phone call while we are work, home or out with friends. DON'T USE THIS FIRM.
