Hired this firm to represent us in the DR Horton stucco defect claim. The process strung out over a 2 year period. The firm is not responsive. They squeak in a 40% stake of your settlement. They are in bed with a terrible contractor called Aptitude and Associates. The contractor is equally as bad. Poor communication, delayed construction, picked a random color to paint my house which I did not select. Now only a few months after the repair my stucco is cracked worse than before. DO NOT recommend this firm to assist you in DR Horton stucco defect claim.
