This is a great firm! I was hit from behind in an automobile accident. My appointed attorney was Slade Sermos. He was highly professional and very knowledgeable about the entire process. Any questions I had or concerns was answered immediately. What a great team at their office. Special shout out to Elaine in the office for all her help. I didn’t believe the 1 star comments until it happened to me but don’t choose this law firm if your case is not a 100% guarantee you’ll win. I was hit by someone who went from a dead stop just to try and beat me into the Arby’s parking lot. At first the lady involved said she had full coverage and claimed responsibility at the scene but i get the police report and I found out that she lied about it all. The lawyer instantly calls me and says and I quote, “We will not represent you.”

My wife and have had two accidents in the past couple of years both of which sent us into surgery. We had no idea what to do and found Mr.Najem and not long after the call was made to him we had the pleasure of meeting Paul Palasz and their team. All I can say, is being someone that was scared and unsure of what to do, we soon realized that we made the right call. Working with Paul put us at ease, and allowed us to only worry about getting better. We highly recommend this team and know they take GREAT care of their clients. It was a plus when we won both cases and was paid out in less than a year from both accidents. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!!
