I hired Mr. Hurst to oversee a real estate transaction in which I was being abused, as the seller, by the buyer’s broker. It was highly unusual because in most instances, licensed professionals aren’t willing to compromise a sale or their client like this. He didn’t turn me away and tell me this was petty. Instead he advised me during this period at which point I gained the upper hand. He was prompt to respond and treated me with respect.
