Not good with Elderly individuals, the attorney was very impatient with an elderly women using a walker. Personnel tried to be kind. Originally setup to do a will for my Cousin but refused to do so when she called to ask questions and I admit might have been grouchy on the phone. At 86 you can get confused she was worried about details and called to ask questions. Personnel got angry and hung up on her. I called to check and was told Will would not be drawn up due to my Cousins personality. If you can’t deal with elderly don’t take them on.

I hired Chad Williams to handle my divorce a bit ago. He, and his paralegal, were very unprofessional--in both their communication with me and the way the paperwork was done. I had to often call to get updates and when I spoke with the paralegal she was short and condescending in her tone and words. When talking with Chad directly, he was very abrupt and to the point; he was not understanding or helpful during the tumultuous time of the divorce. Also, the paperwork had to be redone more than once due to the errors, that should not have been made.

1000% percent recommend. He was very knowledgeable and Michelle was awesome. They are very to the point because that’s the way the courts are and really that’s what we need especially when cases get emotional and he was amazing in court. I had called several attorneys and none would call me back I was going to give up and I tried one more and Michelle was so knowledgeable and at least listened to me and called me back. I’m very grateful to them.
