Currently with the firm. I see the previous comments so I'll assume it's based off who you have here but I'm currently looking for someone else to represent me because I haven't experienced quick answers and things being explained to me in an innerstanding way or enough help. So it best I leave and find a better firm to represent me. Happy for those that where represented well while dealing with their day to day pain or recovery. Never met anyone from the firm that represented my case. I was never kept up-to-date on any proceedings. Calls were not answered only emails after multiple attempts. Was never upfront with the percentage that they would take from my settlement. Then when I did receive my settlement, they even knew how to weasel out an extra $175. If you’re looking for a law firm that is impersonal, doesn’t know who you are except for a name on a sheet of paper and knows how to take their cut at the end, be my guest otherwise look elsewhere.

For the last 18 months, every question and every phone call was Promptly answered, and when I didn’t understand still, they took the time to explain further. I am grateful for their help that they have given me and are still giving me. If you are looking for a great lawyer I highly recommend Hurwitz Whitcher & Molloy! I was referred to them by my chiropractor. I had a worker's composition case handled by them,specifically handled by Kate Molloy. The insurance company that I was up against was tough! Kate fought tooth and nail for me! I won my case and they would not take no for an answer. They appealed the judges decision that ruled in my favor. But because of my lawyer's hard work and dedication to my case the board ended up STILL ruling in my favor! I got all that was owed to me! I recently completed my case with this law firm, and overall I was disappointed with how things were handled. In my experience, they were much more passive than aggressive, and I never felt like they were truly confident in my case. Even after winning in court, they did not initially pursue benefits on my behalf — I had to call and push for action, and it felt like I was convincing them to fight for something that should have been obvious. When it came time to settle, I agreed to close the case without pursuing medical, but instead an unusually high demand was submitted that triggered CMS involvement, which complicated the process unnecessarily. In the end, I felt they were not fighting for the strongest possible outcome, and seemed willing to accept the first offer rather than strategically negotiating. Has to be the worst law firm out there right from receiving the phone call . Just got off the phone with them . There receptionist / Secretary. Just totally blows you off and doesn't let you speak. I was seaking advice / Guidance to make sure I have my ducks in a row when applying . and would have retained them . even when first applying. I had one law firm listen to me all the way through and there fee was 25% of the first check only reason I didn't go with them is they were out of town. Congratulations Hurwitz Witcher & Moloy .
