They do not care. As I was explaining my stressful situation, she cut me off, then laughed at me, taking my number and telling me someone might call. This is not a joking matter, and it's a stressful time for me. I do not even feel comfortable speaking to them at all, so I told them to delete my info out of their system. Respectfully

This individual has never been a client of our firm. The initial intake process requires certain questions so staff can determine whether representation may be appropriate. Not all inquiries lead to representation, but we do take each inquiry very seriously. We do what we do because we believe in trying to help those who have been wronged. Sadly, not everyone who has been wronged has a legal claim.

Whatever young lady this office had to return my call had the most driest personality and tone. She pretty much told me that because Texas is an "at will" state my employer is free to yell, curse and mistreat me...so if you're looking for compensation for wrongful termination and bullying in the work place, this is not the law firm for you!!!

We take all inquiries very seriously and understand that being terminated is a traumatic experience. Unfortunately, Texas is an "at will" state, meaning that not all terminations (including "bullying") are legally actionable. Sometimes that is hard to hear, even though true and accurate. Litigation is expensive and arduous and we don’t want anyone to be misled about a potential claim. We wish you the best.

I was blessed with amazing attorney Susan Hutchison i will miss deeply, compassionate and understanding even when I had moments of discouragement she was very determine to fight for me lift my spirit with so much love what experience from Susan beautiful person, inside and out, I would recommend this amazing attorney to anyone who are having issues with your rights of an employer...Julie Jones was Also an awesome help for persistent getting things done...Susan will fight for you!!!
