I really wanted this firm to work out, but the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Communication was the biggest issue. Calls and emails routinely went unanswered, and when I did get a response, it often felt rushed or unclear. I was left confused about next steps and had to follow up repeatedly just to get basic updates on my case. There also seemed to be a lack of organization and consistency. Different people told me different things, and I didn’t feel confident that my matter was being handled carefully or strategically. For something as serious as a legal issue, that uncertainty was stressful and unnecessary. To be fair, everyone was polite, but professionalism alone isn’t enough when you’re trusting a firm with important legal matters. I expected more transparency, attention, and accountability. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this firm and wish I had gone elsewhere
