Illinois Estate Law (Martin Ptasinski Law Office)

On April 14th at Saturn title in Oak Lawn Il. Martin represented the buyers of my home. Steve, my lawyer, brought along his wife. Here we are conducting our personal business in our own room and Martin just walks in, looks at Steve's wife and asked her in a rough manner, "who are you?" Steve immediately responds, "that's my wife." Now already knowing that she is Steve's wife, goes on to say " oh I thought you were Rogers' (me) mistress. How embarrassing for Steve and his wife. So utterly rude and unprofessional.

Martin and his office is always helpful and gets the job done properly.

I sold my property on March 30 2022 and I am currently still being billed water bills because this law office failed to properly file the final water payment certificate with the City of Chicago. To this day they have not rectified the situation and are not escalating this matter. They simply don't care, don't reply to my emails when I send them copies of the monthly bills I am still getting as the amount just increases and increases. This is a terrible way to conduct business for clients.
