I created a Trust from Snehal and team in 2022 as part of estate planning. Everything went well until the trust creation part. They were responsive until the trust was created. The nightmare begins when you need any clarifications from them. My second child was born in 2024. I wanted to know what changes do I need to make. They will never respond to any of your queries. YOU WILL BE GHOSTED. After multiple phone calls to his office, months of email followups, one of their staff Rutuja Deshpande gave a response today (my kid is 1.5 years old now) I need to pay $5000 to make a change. What do we call this place? A scam agency? I saw a similar review like this where they will not support you after the trust is created.I wish I was properly informed. If you are here to create a Trust as part of estate planning, kindly stay away from this place. If this is the support we get from them when we are alive, imagine what experience would your beneficiaries get? Edit: After reading the owners response. First of all I am thankful that I atleast got a proper response after 1.5 years of phone calls and emails. Ultimately the response - pay $5000 for adding a new born child? Please do not make things complicated than it should be. I dont mind paying but what do I pay for? I sent atleast 10 emails and many phone calls asking what is the procedure. Tell things straight - you dont entertain clients after the insurance expires? Thank you for the lack of empathy ,response all these months and being a nightmare to work with. I STRONGLY REGRET picking your firm to represent my financial needs. STAY AWAY. Today its me, tomorrow its you. They will rip you off for the GREED of money.

So unprofessional. We had high hope for this place because of the high reviews. We got referred here by CLC then after the consultation call and filled out the form and sent our information over, he never got back to us. I followed up multiple times through email and phone call but not responses. Even if he couldn’t take our case, at least just respond so we know. Very unprofessional. Did not expect that from a law office.

They are are quite un-responsive when it comes to followups. I was going through a real estate transaction and I called them to work on my estate plan which they originally setup. They scheduled an appointment but cancelled for no reason and never returned my calls or responded to my emails. Seem like scam ppl to me. Snehal never responds when you would need any legal advise. The new paralegal Purva Parikh is also exactly same. They will try to convince you to create a template estate plan but they will not provide the support you need to keep it up to date. After researching more I found some great law firms which not only setup initial estate plan but also teach you how to keep up. They at least always answer your call or give you reasonable followup answers at the very least.
