They are are quite un-responsive when it comes to followups. I was going through a real estate transaction and I called them to work on my estate plan which they originally setup. They scheduled an appointment but cancelled for no reason and never returned my calls or responded to my emails. Seem like scam ppl to me. Snehal never responds when you would need any legal advise. The new paralegal Purva Parikh is also exactly same. They will try to convince you to create a template estate plan but they will not provide the support you need to keep it up to date. After researching more I found some great law firms which not only setup initial estate plan but also teach you how to keep up. They at least always answer your call or give you reasonable followup answers at the very least.

Very clear communication and prompt in following up and meeting the requirements. We were fully educated about our case and all legal terms were clearly explained before guiding us up through subsequent steps. Definitely recommend their services!
