Horrible service they won’t call and notify you of your case or anything going on with it.lt took them almost a year to get mine done and I feel like they raked me over the coals I didn’t get anything close to what they said I was for being in a head collision so in my opinion find someone different if you want what was promised

Absolutely dropped the ball on my case. No communication from anyone at the office no updates nothing. My chiropractor had to tell me my case was dropped today. They had my case at their office since May of last year, for a whole year. For absolutely no reason! They are lacidasical in every possible way. Even the way the answer the phone is mediocre and dull. Ive lost wages & my stability waiting on them to close this case. It was absolutely the other drivers fault & I was absolutely injured. 0 out of 10 do not recommend. Call Novak law firm tell them ReRe sent you.
