I was in immediate need of an attorney and was given Tom Jackson’s name as a referral. Hiring Tom as my lawyer was the absolute best decision I could have made. He’s an extremely caring and compassionate person, but don’t underestimate his ability to stand up to any competing attorney. This isn't about ben bergman.Personally at all, he's a fine attorney.Absolutely everybody knows it. But he extremely laxed in other areas of wheel law, I mean, I just looked it up, and i just looked it up on AI and literally it's like an ode to how bad he is at family court, which is where I'm at. I wish I just knew that before I hired him. I would have hired Tom. Jackson couldn't have been done with it So I mean, I have to keep reminding him of you know, because I have to take drug tests and stuff. And submit them to the court and stuff, and I have to keep reminding him that I did send them to you and you have to send them off. I sent them to you. He just has no idea what's going on there. He's this. I don't know if it's cause he's overwhelmed or what he just has no idea. What's happening there? But maybe he's, you know, overwhelmed, because he's doing very well for himself. That's you know that be nice. But like I said, he's a great defense attorney. The best the best in the business. But in my opinion, I would never hire him. For a family court, appearance heed my words. I had some really severe charges. One required mandatory state prison time if found guilty. I consulted with two other firms prior to reaching out to Jackson Bergman. Both firms said my only option was to try to settle with the DA for far less than a favorable outcome.. I met with Tom Jackson and he had a completely different view. He's very familiar with the local courts and the DA and said that he saw a path forward. He fought like hell and had the charges dropped. There's no lawyer in town that's more dedicated and passionate. I highly recommend for cases big and small.

I used Bergmans service in 2012 and I would not recommend. He played up the whole John Jones charge and told me that he was John Jones attorney which he was not. I told him something in confidence and he said he must tell the judge. I thought there was attorney client privilege. It was a minor charge but I was not able to fight the charge because my attorney seemed to be working against me.

Although he wasn't able to help me with my traffic ticket because it's not very big ticket. He was very insightful and gave some really good advice and fairness. He could have took my money too but instead was honest and suggested I just go to the Dia and talk to them and save some money. I appreciate that level of respect and honesty.
