I had the pleasure of working with Mitch Jackson for legal assistance regarding Web3 and social media matters, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. Mitch’s expertise in these areas is unparalleled, and his kindness and helpfulness made navigating complex legal issues a breeze. He not only provided valuable insights but also guided me through every step of the process with patience and clarity. If you’re seeking top-notch legal support in the realm of Web3 and social media, Mitch Jackson is the attorney you want by your side.
In my practice of medicine, my exposure to legal issues has been thankfully limited and usually the hospital provides legal experts for all issues. When I had a legal issue unrelated to medicine, I wasn't sure where to turn. I had heard Mitch Jackson speak on the power of Web3 communities and sensing we shared the same values, I reached out to him. He was so gracious to take my call right as he was about to start a vacation! I spoke with Mr. Jackson re: an issue I had with a previously placed private investment and we discussed what options I had. He walked me through possible scenarios. He spoke with experience and thoughtfulness. I walked away knowing my options and what I could and would do next. I would highly recommend!
1. What was the problem or challenge you had that brought you to my firm?
We reached out to Mitch to get consultation on legal setup of a crypto business.
2. Why did you reach out to me as opposed to someone else?
Cryptos and NFTs are still fairly new and esoteric to most. It was important to me and my team that we got someone who was educating themselves on all of the most recent legal going ons with it and have domain knowledge/experience working with this new technology.
3. What did I do for you?
Provide legal guidance and consultation on the best ways to setup a crypto business as well as provide contacts we could reach out to for follow up on tax advice.
4. As a result of our conversation, what was the outcome?
We've setup legal entities before we release our NFT project.
5. How did this outcome impact your decision, next steps, or life?
The advice is setting us up for success in the long term as we look to create a real business in web3. We'll definitely be reaching out to Mitch again for further legal advice.
