I'm not going to say nothing bad or nothing good. I'm just going to share my experience. A month ago I got a letter in the mail, from the law firm about my rights and if I'm living in a certain situation that can be risky for my children's health. Well I thought it was a scam but I figured I'll call anyways. Since we are in a situation of health risks, like roaches crawling on it food and clean dishes. Having hole in the house we are renting, and mold growing under our kitchen sink, and bad roofing, and a unfinished garage. And now a hole behind our toilet bowl. So we were told to do a code enforcement by the city. So we did that and reported it to them or at least to a Izabel that had a totally different number. We have sent her videos, pictures, and the report number from the code enforcement. And we haven't received any phone call, or response in general. I have just now read the reviews and it seems to me that my case might not be what he wants. Maybe that is why this Izabel hasn't responded. I honestly don't know. But it would be nice to know if the let's I received was actually real and not a scam. But just didn't know anymore. I might just use my own money to fix these problems. That is my experience.

They set up a consultation with Nancy Rios and didn't call me during the time set for the appointment. I called after the appointment and they said I should be on stand by as someone would call me in the next few hours. No one called. I had taken time out of work for this. I called the next day and they talked to me as if they were not aware of this and that someone will call me back. I asked if someone will follow up and they just said, all we can do is put in our notes that I need a call back.

What a trash legal firm this turned out to be. Should have read the reviews first because you guys did exactly what other clients claimed you did to them. Doesn't call back, lied about negotiating with defendants. Never filed anything in court after 5 months having signed with them. They basically did absolutely nothing but waste my time and Lie. Didn't even know I was his client when he called my wife bitching at 11:00 at night because he got chewed out for not doing his job then finally threw a hissy fit and said they'll send me a drop letter 😆😆😆.. Who gave these guys a law degree???

I do not recommend this law firm. I paid Jacob around $3,000 to resolve an issue that he told me would be “very easy” to fix. However, the problem was never resolved. About a year and a half later, I discovered that the debt was still on my record and had even been sent to collections. The amount is now around $10,000. I only found out about this when I was trying to rent a new apartment and was told that I had a debt on my record. This came as a complete surprise. It was also very difficult to communicate with him. He often did not answer calls and would say he was busy and promise to call back, but rarely did. When I finally managed to speak with him, he said that he “does not guarantee anything,” even though he originally told me this would be easy to resolve. Very disappointing experience.

They don’t care enough to return calls no matter how many messages or vm you leave . Nothing but a waste of time. Unless you’re rich they don’t care .

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this firm. It has been three weeks and I have not received any assistance or communication from an attorney in this office. I called daily asking for help with an urgent matter. Each time, I was told the same thing — that a message would be left and someone would get back to me. No one ever did. Not once. If your case is time-sensitive or urgent, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Consistent lack of follow-up and zero communication after repeated attempts is unacceptable for a law firm. Very frustrating experience. Would not recommend.
