Yes, the commercials glorified the name, yet what the case managers and their team failed to tell you is that the doctors visits and what comes out of their fees practically leaves you with nothing! I recently sign away my $30,000 settlement (don't let the commercials fool you with higher payouts) because each insurance companies has a cap on liability, depending on what te other person has for bodily injury that's what you will receive, and your going to be left with nothing. Don't let the lawyers keep sending you to the doctors, because that will eat up your settlement, try to use your private doctor and let your insurance cover it!!! Lesson learned👎👎
