I called the law office of Lacy Katzen and explained my legal issues, they said they will have someone with expertise in this field call me. Jacqueline Thomas called me back( more than once, unable to connect)!!! When Jaqueline and myself connected she was VERY HELPFUL, was very much at peace after talking with her. Jaqueline made sure I had clearity of situation of what I need to do AND if things are not working out reach back out to her she will help( she did not consult with me just to leave me hanging) I recommend Jaqueline 150%!!! A help in present time of need and will call/ respond quickly.

Jackie is the best. Hands down. She took my case, one that many others would not, especially during a pandemic. She answered all of my questions. She treated me like a person, not a client. Jacqueline handled a case for my mother after her car accident last November. From the beginning she was helpful, informative and attentive. She helped us negotiate the zoo that is NYS No Fault. I don't know what we would have done without her, and I would call on her again in a heart beat. Actually, I referred my daughter to Jacqueline after her accident several weeks ago. We lost our house and everything inside in a fire.Our ins company was not treating us fairly. No adjuster would help us because we had a complete loss.. We found Jacqueline Thomas by a referral and she fought for us when no onelse would. After a year we are finally getting a fair settlement offer that we had accepted.
