James was able to help me out with an issue I needed resolved. I couldn’t have asked for a better attorney. He really knows what he’s doing. He’s honest, forthright, and gets straight to the point of where his client stands and what must be done. His results? He was able to help me far more than I knew was even possible. I highly recommend him.
Mr. Diemas is great at his profession. I had class 4 felony and got out with a 2 year probation. I was glad to work with him. I highly recommend him.

Was considering this firm but after seeing their very unprofessional responses, I'll pass. Some advice to whomever is in charge of the internet marketing: You cannot publicate details on the cases that gave you low scores. Instead of professionally responding to low ratings, they literally start listing off details of the case. That's a huge HIPPA suit waiting to happen. My "legal advice" to you is to delete those emabrassing responses on all of the low ratings you've received. Ghetto...

You are terribly mistaken. First of all, I have more positive reviews than almost any criminal lawyer. Second, I have responded to very few reviews. I have NEVER published personal details about any case that I've ever handled. Finally, HIPPA has nothing to do with websites. It has to do with medical records. I have never spoken to you so I don't know what you are talking about or the reason behind you posting this review. You should have called my office if you had any questions or concerns. I wish you the best of luck.

Mr. Dimeas will PROMPTLY return your call and although for me, he couldn't currently help me with my situation, first of all he took the time to LISTEN. So many professionals want to answer your questions and give you advice before you even finish explaining your situation. That is not the case with James. He's very honest and more importantly understanding. I hate being in my situation but Mr. Dimeas referred me to an outstanding attorney. Thank you James.
