I don’t know if it was just me but my case manager sucked! They literally dragged my case out for 2 years just so they can get a higher percentage of the settlement. They charged 45% when it was initially 32% They’ll lie and say they haven’t received your medical bills and other documents. I just didn’t like them and I wouldn’t refer them anyone else I don’t even know why I signed on.
Best firm! Smooth experience and handle everything professionally. Highly recommended!
