Looking to reach out to Attorney General’s office I believe this law firm is a scam ! This law firm had took my sons “ gynecomastia” case back in 2016 even sent me documents which were court documents with the case number. Once I sent over my son’s birth certificate and Social Security number this office has went ghost on me and this has been back since 2016, This law firm went under a different law firm,Then changed its name to “James Hairrs” around 2018! It’s funny how they can respond to reviews, but they can’t return phone calls. What a disgrace already filed. My complaint, even went to the FBI cyber Internet.. if your law firm is legit then maybe you should be returning your phone calls to your clients

So far thy have been good to me, don't know what's instoresto come to me yet from there finishing product. However loan companies say different things about the firm. One company says their a waste of time, the next says thy don't do there job as far as response is concern. Over all there's not enough hours n a day. I'm sure their doing the best they can within budget, people. Let's not forget time is up against thm.

Hello , to whomever it my concern my name is Larry Geraldo I have been repeatedly treated unfair by James Harris Law firm , as a client I should not have to continuously call to ask who, whaT ,when, and why, I have not received my settlement check. Now as A little boy that was. Victom of the BSA case. I had enough abuse that I suffered from the boy scouts. But then to have to go through the whole ordeal over again,was hard enough, having had my deep dark wounds relived over and over , from the attorneys child psychologist who repeatedly continue to have me go over and over and over and over again the trauma as a child not one psychologist but multiple to relive that again was terrifying and traumatizing enough but now when I go to call my law firm James Harris to see what's going on with my claim being that I have already been awarded a settlement and they've already sent out the small my new payment to my attorney 1% I guess it is but to call my attorney who's waiting for some bankruptcy claimed it happened 30 freaking years ago as far back is 1995 and to push me aside like I mean nothing I get no call from the claim manager I leave multiple voicemails I get no return call from any staff so it gets to a point after 7 months after being awarded my claim 7 months ago by and I'm constantly calling in because I want to know why is it that I have to wait after all these years of living with the trauma and the lifestyle and everything that comes along with it to mask and cover up the pain and move forward in life but to also now be treated and disregarded like I'm nothing like I'm just trash when I call you law firm on Friday and ask to speak to my claim manager I get no response so I do continuously call back for 3 months now like clockwork I'll call back once a month see what's going on in this last couple months I have been repeatedly calling every week because I've yet to get a call back from the clean manager then I call this Friday they just passed which would be July 20 maybe 4th July 24th I think yeah and I find out that the person in my claim no longer has this phone now they have another person answering that phone and to be fair to that person I leave my name they already have my number because I keep my number updated being homeless and all and no call back no return call that's James Harris law firm that's a representation I'm receiving here in San Diego California I've been traumatized and treated like trash and pushed aside long enough but then to find out I have to go and relive this with the psychologist I have to prove that I'm a victim I have to show just cause like my lifestyle track record I'm told by the child psychologist is a classic case of a child that's been abused to hurt .. Ok update I have been given an update on my claim And I must be fair you the LW office of James Harris law in San Diego location both Of the lawyers and staff working on my case have not only kept me updated on my claim but directly notifying me from James directly means a lot when the attorney gives you his private number for you to contact him if you have any issues means a lot to me it tells me I'm not just a number another case

Promised monthly updates are none existent! I feel I have been lied to, especially when it came to getting medical records for my father. I was told for months the firm was waiting on them. I finally got them on my own, it took one phone call to the VA hospital and three weeks later I received them. I have no faith in James Harris Law!

I worked with Jim Harris and the Harris law firm for the past 7 years regarding a roundup claim. I opted out of a class settlement offer which would have netted me nothing. However, Jim worked tirelessly to find a better option for me, and I recently received a settlement payment, even after payment of attorney’s fees and a $25,860.00 Texas Medicaid lien. I had to hire a probate attorney to get letters of administration issued for my son’s estate and when she insisted that the Estate’s share of the settlement funds be sent directly to her (without providing me with an invoice), I reached out to Jim and he understood my concerns and made sure she sent an invoice to him and his firm issued each of us a check. When I first started with this Law firm, I had a top notch lawyer taking care of my account. He was top-notch because he always kept me informed no matter what he made sure I knew what was going on all the time I didn’t have to call him like I do now but recently he left so I got this young lady that I thought she was gonna be good and she doesn’t call me like he did he call me all the time just let me know what’s going on. I didn’t have to worry about it and somehow I could’ve gotten in the millions, but I’m only getting $270,000 from the Boy Scouts of America claim and now they tell me well out of the 1.5% down payment that you get they’re gonna take out all their fees out of that 1.5%. There’s not much money left for me and then she tells me well. It could be mailed out today or we’ll have to wait till next Friday. I would strongly caution anyone before working with this firm. My family’s experience has been extremely disappointing. After my mom’s settlement in the ROUNDUP case, the firm has been completely unresponsive to calls and emails, and we still have not received the full payoff. Communication is virtually nonexistent, leaving us completely in the dark about the status of the case and funds. A law firm should operate with integrity and transparency, but sadly, that has not been our experience.
