I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Jim Dailey. From day one, he was professional, compassionate, and fully committed to my case. He took the time to explain every step of the process and made sure I always understood what was happening. Jim fought hard to get me the settlement I deserved and never made me feel like just another client. His communication was excellent, he always returned calls and kept me updated. If you’re looking for an attorney who truly cares and delivers real results, I highly recommend Jim Dailey and his team. They turned a stressful situation into a successful outcome.
Being hit by a drunk driver was one of the most traumatic experiences of my life. My car was totaled, I was physically injured, and so were the passengers in my vehicle.
