James is an exceptional attorney, and had a mess to deal with, in terms of my case. I found him after firing my previous attorney. Mr. Jenks does this for all the right reasons. I’m not against it. As I said on the phone, I simply don’t do that type of law. Immigration law is in Federal Court. I don’t work in federal court. I work in the state courts. For example I defend DUIs and drug charges in cook county. So your comment is a blatant lie from a 5 second conversation, where I said I don’t do immigration law. I also don’t do divorces. Am I against divorce? Is every lawyer that doesn’t do immigration law against Mexican American rights? Should all lawyers just do immigration law to make you happy?
