James Wang’s office responded quickly—Helen even called me back on a weekend. They communicated with me throughout the entire process, restored my car like new, and handled all my medical expenses. Very frustrating. The girls they have as phone mediators are very nice but truly don't care about you nor what the heck goes on. Almost robotic. Totally regret hiring them. They definitely don't fight for you. Generic procedures in processing PI cases even if you have unusual circumstances. I am thinking about hiring another attorney to replace them.
