Well I won't get into detail. Let's just say Paul Janes dropped the ball on my case. He didn't do things he should have and the worst part is you put your trust in his hands and you get screwed. Wish I would have done more research instead of making the decision fresh out of the Hospital and the trauma from the car accident. One word......dissapointed!!
