I was the defendant in a complex, high-stakes non-compete case that dragged on for over a year and a half. The plaintiff was aggressive and determined to enforce an overly broad and unjust non-compete agreement that threatened my livelihood. From day one, Mr. Gunter took complete control of the case. What truly set him apart was his ability to control the room. Whether it was in depositions, mediation, or in front of the judge, he was calm, commanding, and persuasive. He knew the law inside and out, and when it mattered most, he brought out the right legal arguments and precedents that absolutely dismantled the plaintiff’s Thanks to Mr. Gunter and his team the case was won. The non-compete was struck down, and I walked away with my career and reputation intact. I couldn’t recommend him more highly—he is the kind of lawyer you want in your corner when everything is on the line.
