I was so pleasantly surprised! In the beginning of my business with Jason English, I wrote an email to him with some important questions. I expected a day or two for a response. Instead, Jason English not only answered right away, but followed up with a phone call, to see if I had any more questions. He patiently answered all my questions on the phone, and never made me feel rushed or that I was taking a long time! This continued throughout my business with him, not necessarily a phone call every time, but prompt response to my emails and inquires. Jason English also gave me contact information to his associates, whom he described as very knowledgeable, in case he was “in court” and could not respond. Clearly, Jason English “gives a damn” about his clients! I felt solid and in good hands. I felt he is looking out for me! In addition, Jason English was very thorough with all documents, experienced, knowledgeable, and th4 best advocate for his client! I would have given him more than 5 stars if I could….. Have you ever been scared when the consequences are high. With the legal system the consequences are always high. I thank God everyday for Counselor Jason English, Erik Palmer, and Alec Dziak. They saved my career when I was accused of Driving Under the Influence. For me, what I appreciated the most is that Attorney English is transparent, he doesn’t just tell you want you want to hear. ( I’ll be honest, that made me nervous.) I put my trust in Attorney English and his team and followed his recommendations. When I did put my fear aside and put my trust in Attorney English and his team I no longer had that anxiety. Even if he didn’t tell me what I wanted to hear. What a great Lawyer and a great guy! I hired him for my DUI case in Williamson County, after I heard what the public defender and DA wanted to give me for my offense. Jason English was there every step of the way and got me what I wanted out of this scenario. He is very professional and I would use his services again for any other legal reasons.
