My personal experience with the Jay Murray Law Group has been extremely disappointing. Before I signed my contract, communication was immediate. Calls were returned quickly, text messages were answered, and I was made to feel as though my case genuinely mattered. However, after the contract was signed, that level of professionalism changed dramatically. Despite repeated calls and text messages, responses became inconsistent or nonexistent. What made this even more frustrating was hearing their voicemail state that texting was the fastest way to receive a response, only to find that this was not true in my experience. Weeks would sometimes pass without any meaningful communication, leaving me feeling ignored and completely in the dark about my own case. As a client, you are expected to fully honor your obligations to the firm, including a substantial percentage of any settlement, yet it felt as though the same level of commitment was not being shown in return. Respect and trust should go both ways in any attorney-client relationship. Another concern was realizing that my case appeared to be moved into co-counsel arrangements, raising serious questions about whether the firm should have taken the case in the first place if it was outside their primary area of experience. My advice to anyone considering legal representation is to do your homework before signing anything. Look beyond the initial promises, read the reviews carefully, and ask direct questions about who will actually handle your case. Do not choose representation based solely on the first firm that says they can help, because not every firm provides the level of service they promise upfront. Clients deserve honesty, communication, and respect throughout the entire process — not just until the paperwork is signed.

I reached out to get a consultation based on a hit and run accident I was in, I’m pregnant and had to go to the hospital. The gentleman that helped me was able to look into my case just by looking up the license plate of the vehicle that did the hit and run. Unfortunately they weren’t able to take on my case since I’m looking to be recompensed for property damage rather than bodily injury damage however I still recommend to reach out to them for any bodily injury car accidents they were very helpful and actively communicating with me throughout my free consultation
