We were so fortunate that we found Attorney Jeff Lewis to help us with our case.We received an easement request from a company to install an equipment in our residential property.We knew it would negatively impact the property value but our main reason was our fear for the equipment to be installed. The only outcome acceptable to our family if the easement could not be avoided was for the company to exercise Eminent Domain and pay for the whole property.We were so worried about how our lives would be upended if we lost our home.Our family lawyer advised us to seek an easement/land use attorney.
