i am still in the appeal part of my case, but at this point in my case i must rate the business thus far with 2/5 *’s because of their lack of communication/direction with me and their lack of knowledge in general between associates as well as throwing me around to different associates not familiar with my case, all leading to being grossly underprepared for my hearing and i want this to be known before the hearing, incase i lose, that i have provided a plethora of dr’s and hospitals and therapists to gather medical info from on my behalf and they have yet to do so, despite being a month away from my hearing. i am riddled with anxiety due to the lack of communication and lack of overall knowledge about the case and the process as a whole. if Jeffrey A. Rabin reads this, i hope you’re embarrassed on behalf of your employees and willing to reach out to me directly as i know my case is strong with all the information i have provided your staff.

I live in a different State and had been denied after initial application so I needed a firm that was familiar with my complex condition. I was a pain in the azz and gave the paralegals hell but they were always very calm, professional and promptly answered my calls and concerns. Where my Attorney Barry shined was at the hearing, he knows what he’s doing, you might not understand, but trust his process. He was phenomenal at my hearing and we received a fully favorable decision! If I could give less than zero stars I would. Not recommendable. Case went on for almost 2 years they never followed up. Sent emails and left phone messages for weeks leading to months for anyone to respond back. Kept getting the round around when I called to get updates. Case had been approved for over 6 months and it just sat there with them not informing me or doing anything until I took action myself. They really did not do anything had me call SSA, do all the leg work and paper work myself for updates and answers. Only thing this law firm did was collect over $7K for stamping their name on my claim. I only wish someone had warned me about this firm before going with them and hope this avoids anyone else from having to go through the same thing.

What can I say about Jeffrey A. Rabin & Associates? They handled my son’s disability flawlessly. When SSA denied him after only a 15 minute telecommunication, they guided us step by step on what we needed to do. Anytime we had any difficulties they did whatever it took to resolve the issue. Thanks to them our son got the assistance that he needed. If you have been denied for any reason I highly recommend their team. If you have a valid case they will do their absolute best.
