Call Jeff first. We hired two larger firms in Denver to handle our case and they both withdrew as soon as the attorneys who were assigned to our case either left the firm or had something more important come up. If I could go back, I'd hire Jeff first! He is highly knowledgeable, experienced, loyal, and empathetic. Had it not been for Jeff's willingness to come in at the last minute, we may not have gotten any compensation for our damages. He managed to get three times what our prior attorneys estimated despite some of the dirtiest opposition tactics I've seen. Mr. Laswell was extremely responsive, he would call or email me back in a very timely manner. I was rear ended and Mr. Laswell was very efficient in getting all the medical records and deciphering them. He did a great job on negotiating -- got me more money than I had expected! looking at other similar cases My roommate was in an accident about two years ago where she was very badly injured. She used one of the lawyers on the commercials. After all the fees she only received $5,000. My injury was not nearly as bad and he got me thousands more!! I can't recommend him enough!!!!!
