I called them for legal advice and was told they only work for landlords. Even though their website says they help tenants out as well!

Recurring theme - TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION! I can concur this to be true! I have been trying to get legal guardianship done since June and the communication is non-existent from them! I have been patient and have considered that there is a process, but Jeff & Jeffs Law Firm is ridiculous when it comes to communicating! They are doing nothing even after I have called and given them 3 months. Paperwork missing and no knowledge of it. They thought papers were filed with court and weren't. And all of this was only known because *I* contacted THEM wondering where the case was at. I got the info to them within a day and after 2 weeks *I* emailed asking where the case was at. Kevin said the court accepted papers, but did not know why a court date was not set yet & needed to look into it. Crickets for 2 months! Called today, 9am, and Kevin wasn't in the office yet. Was told by receptionist that he would be in at 10am and would have him call. Didn't happen. Called at 11:30am and he was unavailable and in mediation meetings "all day". You clearly don't want my business & you don't care about the people you say you are willing to represent! This is a scary situation that needs addressed IMMEDIATELY. Jeff & Jeffs Law Firm are ignoring the stress and importance of this guardianship and the REAL safety of this individual! It has not been taken seriously at all! TWO MONTHS have gone by with NO COMMUNICATION! Don't waste your time with this firm. You won't have peace of mind at all!

Never called me back. I left 3 messages 3 days in a row with a receptionist no less and still no call back. It’s been over a week now. Wouldn’t want to have an emergency need for an attorney and not be able to get hold of them. Not going to use them for this reason.

10/10. Very professional and an honest firm to work with. I personally worked with Randy. Our case could have gone to ways but by listening two ways with the solid counsel Randy offered, it was settled very quickly. Exceptional firm.

In a word. TERRIBLE...!!! You could do better with any other law firm.

Kevin and his assistant did a fantastic job setting up a Trust for me and my wife! Thoroughness and a lot of thought were evident throughout all of the documents. He explained in layman's terms a couple of areas in the Trust that were hard to understand. We wanted one section of the Trust modified to suit us and Kevin had the new document drawn up in only minutes. What we initially thought would be an intimidating and costly process turned out to be just the opposite. Very affordable and everyone there makes you feel right at home. Don't put off getting a Trust until "someday". Give Kevin a call.
