Absolutely disgusting company cannot believe our HOA Is using them! Have two children with lots of medical conditions one who severely disabled so-called to see if I could pay half and then Pay half a month later they told me I could, but that I would have to pay an additional $800 if I wanted to do that and if I didn’t that they would put a lien on our property absolutely horrible company then they give you their website To pay on and charge you a huge fees on top of everything I already paid paid another almost $30 to process the payment!! No human connections at all so ride and they just don’t care!!

Absolutely horrible human beings who refuse to give people any benefit of the doubt and will charge you insane amount of fees per day. Even with my own attorney and willing to pay original collection fee amount they still put a lien on my house. Do everything in your power to not deal with this greedy horrible company.. I just want to add an update on this review, it has now been almost a month since my account has been paid and this company has still not sent payment to my HOA . They took almost 1500 dollars in fees, they charged you for any communication you attempt with them to resolve your account. The only people this company benefits is HOA communities..
