We had to hire another laywer to terminate a fraudulent contract by this Brian Butler, who had persuaded us into signing his Fraud Agreement using false documents, learning later from other Attorneys that he had a long history of tricking others into signing his fraudulent contracts. As suggested by the Court, we reported him to the Arkansas Bar Association, requesting his license be taken away to protect the public.
